Delivery status

Steady momentum with broad sprint throughput

The engagement is moving forward with strong sprint throughput, and the latest sprint shows substantial feature and support delivery across frontend, backend, launch-readiness, and content work. The board reflects a broad slice of product and platform progress rather than a narrow focus, which is usually a good sign when the work is as intertwined as this one.

The latest sprint delivered a large body of work across core site functionality, content models, search, forms, components, launch readiness, and support items.

What needs attention

Visibility Cloudflare cost visibility is still limited because admin-level access to Cloudflare alerts and some New Relic error details is not yet available, which weakens proactive monitoring.

Architecture There is also an architectural concern around Solr usage, and the team is still working through priority alignment for unplanned backlog items.

Capacity April and May hours are already consumed, with June capacity trending tight as additional work is planned.

Last sprint

Delivered work at a glance

The sprint covered major frontend pages and components, backend support for integrations, governance, caching/performance, backup/logs, and launch-readiness work. No carry-over issues were called out in the sprint dossier.

In short: a very productive sprint, with the usual caveat that the remaining work is increasingly about keeping the machine well-fed and the risks visible.
